It is the oldest street in our city. It is just a 10-minute walk from NevskyProspekt and connects famous Ligovskij and Zagorodnyy prospects. In the eighteenth century on the site of the first prospectus suburb were coachmen, and on the second place – a large country road. Razyezzhaya doroga and later Razyezzhaya street was called due to cutting in the forest glade, which was passed by cabs. In the XIX century on the street found shelter young Nekrasov, in XX – Kuprin and Dostoevsky wrote about it in his novels.

In the XXI century on this famous street located hotel with an old Russian name “Aglaya”. In 2014 hotel was built by Belgian hotelier Henri Alexis Brialmont who fell in love with Petersburgat first sight.


Resort Fee

Starting from April 1, 2024, based on the Law of St. Petersburg No. 419–81 of June 29, 2023, “On the Introduction of a Resort Fee in the Territory of St. Petersburg,” in accordance with Federal Law No. 214 of July 29, 2017, a resort fee of 100 rubles per day is established for individuals staying in hotels.

The aforementioned fee is not included in the accommodation cost and must be paid separately by the guest upon check-in.
